Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice is packed with vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, and E all of which condition hair. Aloe has emollient and moisturizing properties which help to keep your scalp and hair well-nourished and hydrated.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter is rich in essential vitamins, antioxidants, and fatty acids, including vitamins A and E. It helps to strengthen and soften hair, by hydrating and locking in moisture in the hair.

HOW TO USE
Start with a small amount and rub into palms. On clean wet hair, apply conditioner, focusing on hair ends. Rinse clean. For extra conditioning, leave conditioner on hair for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.
~Tip: For those with a dry scalp and/or drier hair try working conditioner through hair from scalp to ends.

I love how great this company is! Not only does this company actively try to reduce its impact on the earth and reuse materials, but they also have great customer service. When the wrong product was sent to me by mistake, the mistake was fixed almost immediately and I got the correct one in two days at no expense to me. I love the smell of the rosemary mint vanilla conditioner. My only wish is that the conditioner would lather a bit thicker, so I just have to use a bit more conditioner than I used to use with previous conditioners. Wonderful company and product overall. Excited to try other scents and products as well.

Love this stuff! It softens my hair really nicely, smells great, and you don’t need to use a ton of it to be effective (I use 2-3 pumps). Note that these pumps only dispense a small amount of product at a time, but a little bit goes a long way. Since it’s aloe based instead of water based, it is very concentrated and effective. I get the best results when I brush my hair with a wide tooth comb to detangle before washing my hair so that the product spreads more effectively through my hair. Also, there is over 400 pumps per bottle, so it last a long time. I also love how versatile this product is, eliminating the need for me to buy additional products. For example, you can leave it in longer to use as a deep conditioner. I apply 1 pump to my wet hair after washing as a leave-in conditioner (also helps the fragrance last longer!). I also mix 1-2 pumps of it with distilled water in a mist bottle and to help freshen my bed head in the morning if I’m not going to wash my hair (helps bring life to the waves in my hair in between washes). It detangles too. I also love how it does not leave build up in my hair at all. The shampoo that goes with it does a nice job of cleansing. No need to purchase any clarifying products. Buy this! You won’t be disappointed.

I desperately wanted to love this product because I love the mission of this company. Unfortunately, it gave me terrible dandruff. I do have a sensitive scalp, and I am sensitive to fragrance, so it is possible that the essential oils were the irritant, but there could have also been something else in the product that irritated my scalp.
If you do not have a sensitive scalp, this is a great product that makes the hair fee silky smooth, without weighing your hair down. The smell reminds me of a hotel on the beach, in a really good way. It was very pleasant. If you have a sensitive scalp I would recommend you try the travel size option to see if it will work for you.

I LOVE this shampoo! I have tried both scents and prefer the citrus lavender, I have found that whatever is used to scent it works better with my hair. I have extremely finicky hair and the only products that I have found that don’t eventually cause my hair to get oily, dry, or somehow a combination are Aveda (at $70 for 17 oz of their vegan conditioner!!!) and Plaine Products and I very much prefer the eco-friendly aspects that Plaine Products offers.

Wow. I am absolutely blown away by these products! I was so happy to have finally found a Plastic-Free option but never in my wildest dreams did I think they would work so beautifully! I have very curly, very thick hair and have struggled before with natural, non toxic products either being too heavy, or not having enough slip to easily detangle. This conditioner is so silky and slippery I can detangle my hair in literally half the time. Also, I use SO much less conditioner than I’m used to which is great because I was originally concerned with going through the bottle too quickly. Not to mention the smell is ah-mazing! I am so beyond happy. If they made a curly friendly gel I would be set for life!

I have been slowly but surely eliminating all the plastic in my bathroom and kitchen, so when I came across Plaine Products I was very excited by the concept, but very hesitant to give up my beloved salon shampoo & conditioner. I had tried all-natural sh & c before and was always disappointed by the results. I have 3b curly hair. It’s thick and tangly, but this formula does the trick and smells great. I will be trying ti vanilla one soon out of curiosity. I love not having to worry about using so many plastic bottles. This company is a dream.

So happy with the product and what this company is doing. Not only do I reduce my plastic use and ease my mind about wondering if what I recycle actually gets recycled, my scalp feels better. I have a scalp condition that leaves me very itchy and sometimes even scabby and during pregnancy I’m not able to use my medication for it. This conditioner has really relieved my scalp, which I’m so thankful for. The scent is absolutely wonderful too and I feel comfortable using on my toddler being that the product is free of all the crap other companies put in that can mess with hormones and aren’t good for us or the environment. Couldn’t be happier- highly recommend! Will be getting the shampoo soon!
